MHADA Konkan Lottery 2025: How to Register, Apply and Secure Your Affordable Home

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has opened applications for 5,285 affordable homes in the Konkan region. Registration runs from 15 September to 15 November 2025, followed by a lottery draw. Applicants must upload income proof, domicile certificates and other documents via the IHLMS 2.0 app. Winners pay stamp duty and registration fees before taking possession.
