    Today I booked uber cab from Mantri Navratna Apartments, chromepet, Chennai to Balaji nagar, Anakaputhur Chennai. They claimed rs. 52 or 53 only. The cab driver said that I had cancelled the trip but I don’t cancel anything. Without any knowledge they again claim for another 52 rs. for cancellation. Cheating business.

    I have faced same cancellation issue pay 53, which I didn’t do. Driver spoke rudely due to traffic. He couldn’t reach my place and he cancelled from his trip but I suffered without transport with weights. They don’t do anything to driver rather customer suffer on too we need to pay extra as cancell fee

      such a cheater company… first time i used uber pool and the driver had taken 165 rs extra .. he told me that i v to pay this mjch amount but later on when i checked in app , it was showing only 99 rs

Nizampet Hyderabad Ram Nagar colony, Nizampet, Hyderabad 500090 after travel 9.5 km distance cab driver told us vehicle left wheel is having some problem you book another cab he drooped us at bishops house, regimental Bazar, shivaji Nagar secunderabad 500003 and he charged me Rs.136. he was also not interested on trip, am was also with my family so i booked another cab if i am not with what is their (family) condition
    The vehicle is giving problems why they accepting the trips
    between drooping location vehicle got problem the driver book another cab for the passengers that is his responsibilities because I booked my parents or senior citizens or others they don’t ” t know how to book cab and also they don ” t have Android phones how can they go What is their condition ?

    I am Stalin used Uber for travel. I not use any travel but they charged RS.666 ,I don’t know why they charged. Anyway I paid that. And I booked the cab many times they charged . For cancellation fee. But I’m not cancel the ride. I am so upset. I don’t know how to get my money

    Hi,

    You offered me 10 ride with discount coupon Rs 50/- per ride. After about 6 ride the discount not applying. Also UPI code given for further discount but that too not applying when i booked the cab.

    Hope, ther is no miss leading attraction to the customer.

    i left my phone in the cab last night, im not able to reach them in any means. my phone is switched off. Had there been a helpline number i would have called last itself immediately after i discovered that my phone wasnt there. Now im not sure how to get back my phone. Please help me with Uber office number to get the driver details.

    I left my phone yesterday on thursday 25 jan 2018 in Uber cab which has the drivers’ name as Mohammed junaidh taxi number TN22DB1860. I booked the cab was left in the cab itself. I took the cab from taramani station to jafferkhanpet. I am unable to no retrieve the number of the driver as the phone from which. I understand its not the uber responsibility, but a coordination from the uber company to get the driver’s number would be highly appreciated, i am also unble to track down my previous ride through the website.

    frad uber drivers i was booked cab and standing on road waiting fro the cab.. i m just watching that cab was coming in street he just entered and turned back i was noticed the number of car too.. with in second im reciving message state that driver cancelled the trip… for this i should pay 30RS.

    Worst service by uber make wait for 30 mins for 10 mins journey. OLA is much much better than uber there is no perfect no to register a complaint there is a number but no one picks the call.     On 6th Apr 2018 i booked a share uber cab between GUINDI MIDC to T Nagar which shows freigth Rs 99.46. But driver charged me Rs 178/-…… vehicle was Feasta……..for rest vehicle history i need my last 5 travel details.
    I just want to know y he charge me extra.

    Today (4.8.2018) I booked a cab, the driver said wait for 15 minutes I will come, but he reached after 25 minutes from the booking time, after he reached near pick up area he (sundarapandian) said that the street was very narrow so you come by walk and reach the car around 200 meters, first I said can’t both my grand parents was having knee pain, but after we reached near the car and that idiotic driver said the trip was cancelled by app, after I check in App that was driver cancelled the trip, for that I have charged Rs 30, what a cheating this,
    That driver name is SUNDARAPANDIAN, Hyundai i10 car.

    I called a car but under sent an auto,and the driver took the full amount as of car, Another time I called a car,uber told me that it is arriving in 20 minutes, but it didn’t arrived even up to one hour,.I was with my family so I had to hire another one, now uber is claiming cancellation charge from me,It’s driver are too much late
